Seven Facts
By Groovybabe • Jun 19th, 2007 • Category: General, memeEach player starts with 7 random facts/habits about themselves. People who are tagged need to write on their own blog about their seven things, as well as these rules. You need to choose 7 people to get tagged and list their names. Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them that they have been tagged and to read your blog!
As this is a diet blog I will try to keep them on topic!
(1) I weigh in every morning: after going to toilet, before breakfast and naked. I also look at my fingers to judge when the water retention (from sleeping) has gone before getting on the scales.
(2) I fundamentally believe there are two types of person in this world - people who are scared of feeling full and people who are scared of being hungry. I fall into the latter. I can think of nothing worse than having an empty stomach.
(3) I get a lot out of the gym: it reduces my appitite, increases my energy levels and helps to control depression. However, I have to mentally prepare myself every time for the workout because the workout is so long and intense and I am always shattered afterwards.
(4) My weightloss plan has stemmed from my hypercondria. I suffer from anxiety and the thoughts of what is happening to my body as a fat person is not worth the food I was putting in my mouth.
(5) I’m incredibly shallow for a fat person! I have always had quite a fussy taste in men and since getting fat this hasn’t changed. In fact my friends argue that I am more fussy since getting bigger and keep telling me my poential boyfriends don’t have to be an adonis. Self presevation mode, anyone?
(6) I developed agoraphobia because I thought everyone was judging me for being so fat when I went out. I am over (for the most part) the agoraphobia now but I still believe that to be the case.
(7) I am much harder on myself than I am other people in similar situations!
