2-3 bowel movements a day? oh my word. Heh.
I seriously can not stand the taste of water… I have been doing my best to drink 64 ounces a day, but she is saying I need to double that! I’ll explode!
Do you not have 2-3 bowel movements per day?
I know, I worked out that I need 3.5litres of water per day. I am struggling with 2litres. I must have been seriously dehydrated before I started drinking properly!
No I dont have 2-3. I swear that’s where all my weight is.
I’ve been eating prunes too and it still isnt helping!!!!
