Coping

Groovybabe’s Top Tips

Drink, drink, drink. It’s something I am slowly learning. But it really helps. At least 2litres of water per day. The more often you drink enough the easier it gets.

Aimmee has set up a weightloss forum message board type site. I reckon we should all go over there as there is not enough supportive weightloss sites out there.
I might set up a UK one at some point as I can’t find any for just the UK really. Would you use it?
