I feel so accomplished! I went back to WLR yesterday and had a successful day. I ate 1761 calories, 1.7 litres of water (plus 2 cups of tea and 2 pints of jelly!) and 11.9 portions of fruit and veg. And I did not eat in the night at all! Not a single morsel [...]
