a weigh in…18th august 2008

The Pro’s
- I stuck to 1600 every day, or there abouts.
- I tried to get my fluids up every day.
- I am no longer eating through the night sub-consciously.
- I havent eaten any high sugar foods for a week.
- I got my 5 day. Doubled most days.
- I havent eaten any crisps/potato chips for the entire week (my downfall).
The Con’s
- I havent really done any exercise apart from the odd walk.
The Results
- I have lost 6lbs.
- I have reduced my body fat by 3%
- I have gone down a whole BMI point.
- I am in the next stone down.
Groovybabe is 14.9 stones today and has lost 2lbs at her last weigh in.

Firstly let me say congrats on your 6 lbs gone! I usually have better luck if I make the eating well a habit before I pile the exercise on. One thing at a time works for me. I hear you on the crisps…carbs are my enemy!
