I widgetized my sidebar and it messed up the background and looked funny and I couldn’t work out how to fix it so I have taken off my colourful background image. :’( At least it looks clean, I guess.
I went out last night and have vague memories of tequila shots and am feeling rather […]

I ate really badly last night throughout the night but when I woke up this morning I felt nauseous, I had the pre-sick water thing in my mouth, so I didn’t eat a thing until 2pm. I have just logged up my calories on this fantastic new site: www.mynetdiary.com and it has come up […]

Yesterday my tummy was absolutely killing. I could not work out what the problem was for ages. In the end I worked out that it was because I’d eaten 2 eggs (scrambled) and taken a Xenical. I guess eggs are high fat content! Will remember that for the future.
I didn’t have any bread in […]

I have been struggling, big time. I have been trying not to put on - at least - and failing. I am fluctuating anywhere between 14.0 and 14.10 in any given point of the week. It’s got to stop; I have to start losing seriously again. I want to feel I have it in […]

Today’s weight: 14.12
Yesterday’s weight: 14.13
Points consumed yesterday: ???
Exercise yesterday: none
Yesterday morning I woke up absolutely ravenous after only eating half my points the day before (and only 17 of 24 the day before that). However I was determined to stay on track so I stepped on the scale […]

Today’s weight: 15.0
Yesterday’s weight: 14.13
Points consumed yesterday: ?????
Exercise yesterday: none
So, after all of my talk of being totally in control I ended up binging again. The sad thing, from my perspective, is not that I ate uncontrollably again but that it was an avoidable situation.
I went christmas shopping yesterday so […]

Today’s weight: 15.3
Yesterday’s weight: 15.1
Calories consumed yesterday: ??????
Exercise yesterday: 1 hour 10 minutes walking
Today’s weight gain is entirely expected. I ate like a PIG yesterday. PIG I tell you. OINK OINK. I knew very early on that it wouldn’t be a good day and secured that fate by having 4 slices […]

Yesterday’s weight: 15.2
Calories consumed yesterday: Unknown - prob around 2500!
Exercise: 1 hour 20 minutes walking
The night before yesterday I kind of knew yesterday would be a disaster food-wise, although I hoped I would be proved wrong. Lately I have not managed three good days in a row. […]

This past week has probably been my most disappointing to date. I haven’t been updating because who wants to read about how people are failing? Not me. But I am failing pretty bad. I’ve gone from 14.12 to 15.4 that is a rise of 6lbs. I am so scared of putting my weight on […]

Yesterday was what one could describe as a complete disaster. I made two prominent bad decisions:
Not eating before a work out, meaning I was ravenous when I finished.
Buying marshmellows “to put one or two” in a cup of low cal hot chocolate. I wasn’t supposed to then go on to eat the rest of […]
