Update
By Groovybabe • Feb 7th, 2008 • Category: lifeI didn’t weigh myself today, purely out of a lack of time in which to do so. I have started seriously inputting into ww again though so I think I am reclaiming some control again. This week has been a bad week for managing my food (because I have felt so crap about myself) but we are still only half way through the week so with any luck come Monday I will not see a gain.
I did try using ww yesterday but once we got past midday I ended up giving up. That always happens on the first day I do it. The second day (today) is always more successful. It is half 3 now and I have had 9 points and have 15 left to go so I think I will be okay. I was going to walk into town this morning and have my barnet restyled but I was full of cold so just slept the morning away. There is always tomorrow.
I am well pleased that I managed to jog yesterday as well as Monday and as of yet have not had any trouble with Sciatica this week. The instructor told me to jog at an incline of 3.0 so that there is not so much impact on my back. I did that for five minutes and found it much harder, so for the other 10 minutes I did it at an incline of 1.0. I am not sure if that helped but I have not had any discomfort today so it might well have.
Groovybabe is 14.11 stones today and feeling in control.

I hope that you are doing well on your ww. I love that you are jogging. I would love to be able to do that but I am working my way to it. And another note…you are skinnier than me!!! I love it…you are wonderful…now all that is left is for me to head back down with you!!
