I am down 2lbs!!! I am so pleased. I was good yesterday but not great. I really have to try to get this eating down pat.

I don’t really have much to say today. I am debating whether to go work out or not. My sleeping has been great, I have been asleep by 8pm most nights but tonight is party night so I am going to have trouble staying awake even without working out. But then I really want to get my third workout in.

Groovybabe is 14.11 stones today and has lost 6lbs at her last weigh in.

  1. Congratulations on the loss of poundage! Looking at your total loss so far is amazing.

    I’m dieting without weighing myself for the first time.

    Seeing how excited you are about the loss makes me want to hop on the scales, but I think we all need to be careful about weighing ourselves too often. If I ever ganied a pound, I’d often reach for the nearest packet of crisps, as it all seemed pointless. Don’t focus too much on the little loses - but keep your eye on the big picture.

    You’re doing so well!

    I went to the gym this morning and it made my day. Perked me up and the rest of the day seemed to fit like magic.

  4. Cavell - I have tried the weighing daily/not weeighing daily thing many times and I am an absolute disaster when I do not weigh daily. I think, as I have said many times on here, weightloss is a very individual thing and we have to do what works for us as individuals so good luck with what you are doing…

    Betz - Yay great to see you around the weightloss blogs again!! It is monday and I am starting with fresh vigour after feeling fat in my weekend clothes! Off to the gym I will go a bit later.
